Cookies and local storage

Effective 12 September 2026.

This site does not set third-party advertising cookies and does not run a tracking pixel for ads.

It does use first-party browser storage that is required for the product to work:

melaplatform-session — sign-in
melaplatform-licenses — licenses issued after checkout
melaplatform-platform-v1 and IndexedDB melaplatform-idb — org records
melaplatform-inbox — web-to-lead / web-to-case queue
melaplatform-cookie-ok — that you saw this notice

These are strictly necessary for a CRM that runs in the browser. There is no “ads cookie” to reject. You can delete everything by clearing this site’s data in your browser or using Setup → Delete my data after sign-in.
