This policy describes the marketing site and license checkout. Customer records you store inside an org are your business’s data. You are the controller of that org data.
To issue licenses, operate the instance, prevent abuse, and answer privacy requests. We do not sell personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use org records for third-party ads.
Stripe (payments). The static host (Surge). Your mail client if you click Send. We may disclose information if required by law or to prevent harm.
Licenses remain in this browser until you clear site data or we complete a verified deletion request. Org data is removed when you use Setup → Delete my data or clear the site. Clearing a browser is permanent unless you exported JSON first.
HTTPS on the public host. No card storage on this origin. Browser storage is only as safe as the device. This instance is not SOC 2 or HIPAA certified.
California residents (and residents of states with similar laws) may request to know, delete, or correct personal information the Operator holds, and may opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell). We will not discriminate for exercising these rights. Submit a privacy request or email hello@melaplatform.com from the licensed address.
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. Licenses are for users 18 or older.
The host and Operator are in the United States.
