Refund Policy

Effective 12 September 2026.

Test-mode payments

Stripe test-mode charges (including card ACCT-000015) are not real money and do not require a refund.

Live payments

When live Stripe charges are enabled:

Request a full refund within 14 days of the charge if you have not exported org data for commercial reuse. Email hello@melaplatform.com from the licensed address.
After 14 days, unused time is not prorated except where a statute requires it.
Refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe.
Ask for a refund before filing a chargeback.

If the product is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid live term because of the Operator’s host, you may request a pro-rata refund for that outage.
